Well, I would say that you did a great job on this one, especially on your first try! Not too blurry, bright, or obscured or anything like that! I am able to enjoy your photo without having to click to zoom it in! All the best to you as you continue to hone your skills in photographing our Moon!
You certainly don't need to set your aperture to f/20. Look at the settings I have on my latest moon shot. Setting ISO to 100 defeats the digital noise, letting you crop-in closer. Besides, keep in mind that setting your aperture above f/16 or even f/11 often leads to a dramatic decrease in image quality!
